How do I use my Unlimited Wash Club membership?
Once you sign up, an RFID tag is placed on your windshield. Simply drive up to any Delta Sonic location, and our system will automatically scan your tag and open the gate.
Can I purchase gift cards online?
Yes, we offer both physical gift cards and e-gift cards through our online store. Physical cards are shipped via USPS, while e-gift cards are delivered instantly to your email.
What is your return policy for retail products?
Unopened retail products can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please note that car wash services and detail packages are non-refundable once performed.
Are your car wash soaps safe for my vehicle's finish?
Absolutely. We use proprietary, pH-balanced soaps and soft-touch materials designed to gently remove dirt while protecting your vehicle's clear coat and paint.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
You can manage your Unlimited Wash Club membership through our online portal or by visiting any Delta Sonic location. Cancellations must be processed at least 5 days prior to your billing date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), Delta Sonic gift cards, and contactless payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay at most locations.
